OKSCDocs.com Terms of Service

Effective Date: 08/15/2026
Last Updated: 08/15/2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OKSCDocs.com, including its case-management, document, payment, mailing, and subscription services. By creating an account, submitting a case, ordering a service, starting a subscription, making a payment, or using OKSCDocs.com, you agree to these Terms.

Important: OKSCDocs.com provides software, document, payment, mailing, and case-management tools. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, OKSCDocs.com does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee legal outcomes, court acceptance, successful service, collection results, mailing delivery, or payment recovery.

1. Our Services

OKSCDocs.com provides online tools and services for preparing, managing, tracking, and processing small-claims and collection-related case information. Services may include case creation and management, defendant and debtor information management, court document preparation, document printing and tracking, service-of-process workflow tracking, certified mailing label generation, SSN/DOB or other data-request services, payment processing, billing management, and subscription-based access to case records and related tools. Okscdocs.com DOES NOT include any determination of the basis of any cause of action or any other matter which requires the legal judgment of a licensed attorney.

2. Account Registration

To use certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to keep your information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Services

Some OKSCDocs.com services are provided on a paid subscription basis. A subscription may be connected to one or more cases, companies, accounts, clients, or users. When you begin a subscription, you authorize OKSCDocs.com and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount disclosed at checkout. Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis.

At checkout, you may see language explaining that by clicking “Submit,” you agree to begin your subscription, to be charged the amount shown today, and to be charged the stated subscription rate each month until you cancel. Prices are subject to change. You may cancel through your Account Page before automatic renewal to avoid future charges.

4. One-Time Fees and Recurring Fees

Your total payment may include one-time charges and recurring subscription charges.

  • One-time charges may include case setup fees, court-related preparation fees, SSN/DOB request fees, registered-agent or employer request fees, certified mail or mailing-label fees, printing, document, postage, administrative fees, and other service-specific fees displayed at checkout.
  • Recurring fees may include monthly case access fees, monthly account or company subscription fees, ongoing case-monitoring or case-management fees, and other subscription services disclosed at checkout.

Your checkout screen will identify the amount charged today and the recurring subscription rate, when applicable.

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the next billing date, subscriptions automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged the applicable subscription amount. You authorize OKSCDocs.com to charge your payment method for each renewal term until your subscription is cancelled.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel one or more case subscriptions through your Account Page or the subscription-management page. Cancellation stops future recurring subscription charges for the cancelled subscription and removes the case from okscdocs.com. Once cancelled please refer to the County Court Clerk for filed case information.

7. Price Changes

Subscription prices and service fees may change. If required by law, we will provide notice before a price change applies to your subscription. Continuing to use the services after a price change becomes effective means you accept the updated price.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. OKSCDocs.com may receive limited payment information such as card brand, last four digits, expiration date, payment status, transaction identifier, approval or decline response, and billing-related metadata. OKSCDocs.com does not intend to store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on its own servers.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise fails, OKSCDocs.com may leave selected cases or services unpaid, suspend access to affected case features, prevent a case from advancing in the workflow, stop or delay ordered services, require a new payment method, attempt to charge the payment method again, cancel or suspend the related subscription, or remove unpaid items from checkout. Cases or services that require payment will not proceed until payment is successfully completed.

10. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once paid.

11. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate case, debtor, defendant, company, mailing, and payment information.
  • Reviewing all forms, filings, notices, labels, and documents before use.
  • Ensuring that information submitted to courts, clerks, process servers, mail carriers, and other third parties is accurate.
  • Maintaining current payment information.
  • Cancelling subscriptions before renewal if you do not want future charges.
  • Complying with all laws, court rules, filing rules, privacy rules, and service requirements applicable to your cases.

12. Account Access, Subscription Management, and Case Deletion

You may access and update certain account information through your Account Page. Where available, you may use the subscription-management page to stop one or more active case subscriptions. Stopping a case subscription may limit access to case-management features, document generation, updates, storage, reprints, or other services associated with that case.

If the website allows you to delete a case, you may receive a warning that deleting the case removes it from active workflow and may affect related defendants, documents, payment items, service selections, and tracking records. Where supported, OKSCDocs.com may use soft deletion. Soft-deleted records may remain in the database for audit, security, recovery, legal, accounting, or administrative purposes.

13. Third-Party Services and Availability

The website may include links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, terms, or practices of third-party services. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of OKSCDocs.com after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Contact
